I think I should watch a trippy horror movie everytime I get sick. It makes being in a weird state of mind so much more interesting.
Current mood: sick but largely content...

If you aren't watching it, you missed what I would easily classify as one of the greatest 30 minutes of television I've ever seen.

Hey! So my sister is awesome and adapted some lyrics I wrote into a song for her mandolin, and it is delightful.

My student directed play is going to be a stage adaptation of Glen or Glenda.
If you've seen that movie, or even heard of it, you know what an insane idea that is.
But, to be fair, it was my sisters.
It is going to be crazy... and I'm wondering if people would be interested in reading/giving-their-thoughts-on the script if I were to post it here?

Okay, Spaced seriously has to cram more unbeliavably awesome expressions into a half hour then any other show in television history.
Current mood: pleased

And if you still can’t get enough of Evil Dead, be sure to watch for the cast performing on Breakfast Television this Thursday.
Groovy!
I know there are probably a few people rolling their eyes right now, but it really is rare that a show has that kind of affect on me. No, it's not the most thought-provoking thing on stage I'm sure, but sometimes one just wishes to see something to laugh and enjoy a couple hours - and if you're simply looking for entertainment I can not think of anything that's quite this much fun, despite the lack of Bruce Campbell.

Two exciting bits of (admittedly not all-that-new) JoCo related news!
First; a new 8-bit animated series called "Code Monkeys" is using a JoCo song as the theme (I'm assuming you can guess which one).
Second; JoCo has come up with his first new song since Thing A Week ended!!!
I'm reallyreally liking this one. It's called Octopus, and it's pretty much amazing.

Before I saw Evil Dead the Musical, it was one of my goals to see it before I die.
Now that I've seen it... it's one of my goals to see it at least once more before I die.
Damn that was a fun show...

Holy crap.
Evil Dead the Musical actually managed to surpass my expectations in some ways.
If you have any idea how psyched I was to see this you will doubt that that's even possible. But it really was everything it could've been in my opinion. Sight gags, dialogue, mannerisms, song lyrics, choreography were all just brilliant.
I just hope they get a bit more money and can add more blood eventually...
